Eun (she/her, they/them) virtually joined Northwestern University in July 2021 as the Inclusive Teaching Associate and transitioned into their current role as the Inclusive Teaching Project Administrator in March 2022, supporting faculty initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, including the 2021-22 Inclusive Teaching Practicum, last year's Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Practicum, and this year's Reimagining Assessment Practicum. Sandoval-Lee received their Educational Specialist (EdS) and Master of Education (MEd) degrees in social justice education as well as a graduate certificate in advanced feminist studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (UMass). Sandoval-Lee also has a certificate in college counseling from the University of California, Los Angeles–Extension, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in linguistics and the Patricia Gurin Certificate of Merit in Intergroup Relations from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Prior to Northwestern, Sandoval-Lee's professional experience includes working as an Assistant Director of Workforce Equity and Inclusive Leadership as well as a Dialogue and Training Coordinator at Amherst College; an Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the College of Education at American International College; and a First-Year Community Engaged Learning Coordinator at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). At UMass and TCNJ, Sandoval-Lee supported course administration and instruction in multiple capacities as a scholar-practitioner of social justice education, including first-year seminars, intergroup dialogue workshops and classes, as well as graduate student coaching and mentoring. Sandoval-Lee’s academic background and professional interests include dialogic teaching and learning methodologies (intergroup dialogue), critical and feminist pedagogies, as well as facilitation training and curriculum development for social justice educators in higher education.
