Meet with an educational developer in person or online.
Meeting with an educational developer is the best way to optimize feedback quality because it gives us the opportunity to learn more about your specific context, needs, and goals. We will consider requests for asynchronous feedback on a case by case basis.
Schedule enough time to meet and implement feedback.
It is useful to request a consultation for feedback at least 2 weeks before you need your teaching statement to give time to schedule a meeting and implement the feedback given. We understand that things come up, and we will do our best to accommodate requests with quicker turn around times.
Explore our resources and workshops to get started.
We have created several resources for getting you started writing or updating your teaching statement, addressing common questions and concerns. Using these resources to create a draft of your teaching statement to share with one of our educational developers is a great way to optimize feedback.
