Our People
Under the leadership of the Center Director, a wide range of people contribute to the Searle Center's work. We work with colleagues around campus, around the country, and around the world on a variety of teaching-and-learning projects.
Our staff are skilled scholars and professionals with tremendous experience in learning and teaching. We take pride in working alongside Northwestern University faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate student instructors, and educational support staff.

The Searle Fellows program is a comprehensive, year-long (eight month) faculty development program for early career faculty.
Our fellows are integral to promoting quality learning and teaching on campus. Their work includes leading conversations about teaching in workshops and roundtables, offering feedback and guidance to junior colleagues, and publicly sharing their scholarly inquiries into teaching.
We are currently planning for our next cohort of Searle Fellows.
